THE FOUNDATION
Fenics Project Consulting was established in 2011 by Fernando Sboro, a skilled professional with a National Diploma in Building Science and accreditation as a PMP through the Project Management Institute. With a strong foundation in the built environment and a deep understanding of project management frameworks, Fenics began its journey by offering turnkey construction and project management solutions, consistently delivering excellence and reliability to its clients.

Fernando Nicola Sboro
Fernando holds a National Diploma in Building Science from the Technikon of Pretoria, now known as the Tshwane University of Technology. As a dedicated and disciplined Contracts Manager and Project Manager (PMP®), Fernando has a proven track record, having successfully managed numerous multi-million rand projects with leading construction groups in South Africa for over 25 years. In the past five years, Fernando established his own construction company, Fenics Constructions, completing various renovations, alterations, steel fabrications, and providing consultancy services to high-end clients.
